Thank you. Tenant to take responsibility for the cleanliest of the  studio after use and ensure no damages to the studio. Any cost of damages will be bore by the tenant.

Studio 1- Off Peak 1 hour (weekdays before 5pm), Studio 1- Peak 1 hour (weekdays after 5pm/weekends), Studio 2- Off-peak 1 hour (weekdays before 5pm), Studio 2- Peak 1 hour (weekdays after 5pm/weekends), Studio 1- Off Peak 1.5 hours (weekdays before 5pm), Studio 1- Peak 1.5 hours (weekdays after 5pm/weekends), Studio 2- Off-peak 1.5 hours (weekdays before 5pm), Studio 2- Peak 1.5 hours (weekdays after 5pm/weekends)
