PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASE.
- Bank transfer or PayNow - You must make payment within 3 days in order for us to process your order. Kindly make payment via PayNow to UEN 201523998Z or fund transfer to Maybank Singapore Limited - Account number 04211112999.
- Cheque payable to FIRSTPOINTE PTE LTD are also accepted at our premise.
- Your order shall be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days. It is buyer’s responsibility to furnish correct postal address, phone & email for us to contact you regarding your purchase.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to reach you via phone/email, and shall not be responsible for lost postage articles in the event of wrongly furnished address.
RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE. The best way to purchase is to visit our shop at #02-02/03 Aperia Mall. We are very centrally located and a short walk from Lavender or Bendemeer MRT. This is especially true for items that require fitting, as it eliminates the guesswork and you can receive your items immediately.
SINGPOST BASIC PACKAGE. +- $5 Tracking number is provided.
Heavy & Bulky PACKAGE. $5-$10 Tracking number is provided.
Delivery timing will depends on provider and we will mail out within 3 working days from the date of purchase. Thus please expect 7-10 working days for goods to be delivered. Delays expected for unforeseen circumstances like COVID-19 etc.
If the total number of items exists the standard package fees. Clients are to top up the difference in the postage fees.
RETURN POLICY. (NO Refund)
Once sold there will be NO refund. Merchandise purchased online less than 14 days from the purchase date may be returned for exchange for sizes, items of same value or store credits valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back for returns within 14 days. Exchange of items must be in good condition (tags intact, clothing not stretched out, no stains, drawstrings of shoes not pulled, etc). We reserve the right to determine if a returned article can be exchanged. You can only exchange the item for only once.
No exchange or store credits will be given after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Store Credits -
If the are not other size or items you can exchange, store credits of equivalent amount will be given with a 1 year validity from the date of purchase. The is strictly NO refund for item sold.
(Example: You purchased an item worth $100 and you exchange it for another item which cost only $50, The balance of $50 will be given as store credits valid for 1 year)
Items on SALE -
There will be NO exchange or store credits for SALE items. Please ensure the item/colour/size is correct before purchasing.
